Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will given to you via email.
If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, we will accept a return for a full refund if returned complete and undamaged within 30 days of receiving the product. However, any personalized product (for example, a product with personalized initials) are excluded from an exchange; its sale is final. For all returns, the cost of shipping is on the buyer. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process.
If a product comes to you damaged, please send an email to email@example.com and we will start the process to return the broken product and get a new one to you. Shipping will be free to you in this case.
